Les is a rockstar. I came in with questions, and she quickly helped me find the exact tile I needed. Working with the entire team was quick and effortless. The ordering process was easy and transparent from start to finish. Les also helped me find a Schluter edge that matched the tile perfectly. When an issue came up with the delivered tile, she and the team were quick to fix it. Overall, truly outstanding customer service.
Like many others here, Les was also the design associate who helped me. It was a very busy time around their spring sale and several decisions had to be made in a short amount of time. Les was grace under fire, always with a smile on her face, and helped me pick out beautiful choices I would otherwise not have considered. Ignacio also helped me when Les wasn’t in office - super responsive, professional and considerate. They clearly make effort to have a strong team. Really appreciative.
