We have 3 bathrooms and a kitchen remodel, and you'd think that someone would answer the phone at the DC store. The phone tree is completely useless, and the website is worse (the store locator doesn't work). I tried the number that the DC owner left in one of the other reviews, but that didn't work. Very frustrating, and we'll take our business somewhere else that has better communication.
Today I had a great shopping experience at Porselanosa in Washington DC. I purchased a very beautiful set of tiles for my new kitchen. David was beyond helpful and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgable about the product I was buying. Many thanks to David and the management of Porselanosa for their outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this high-end bath and kitchen store to anyone doing bath and kitchen remodeling.
We worked with David Segarra to design three different bathrooms. He was extremely helpful (and patient...) and helped us with the learning curve and walked us through the process. He was easy to work with and the product is absolutely phenomenal. If we ever have to re-design and build another aspect of our house we will work with him and the Porcelanosa family!!
