First of all, this is probably the most beautiful showroom I have ever seen. The design was stunning, and the selection is HUGE, without being overwhelming. Galit (the salesperson working yesterday) was quite knowledgeable about not only the products, but certain elements of the install, which I quite admired! She took as good care of me as what she was able to with the resources she had, I believe. The rudeness and lack of assistance from the gal yesterday was beyond me. The gal at the counter didn’t get up her gluteus to greet us or to even walk us through the different product offerings.
Despite what Google says, they do not offer in-store pickup, even on small orders. All orders must either be picked up at their warehouse in Cerritos or shipped at the customer's expense. Outside of that they sell some nice products, if overpriced.
The service is great.
