Is it siesta time? I know this is a Spanish tile store, but this is not acceptable in this country. Apparently it is a routine enough practice that they have the little “will return” sign. I’m not sure if it is set to indicate 2:45 or 3:45; picture taken at 5 minutes after 3. I had spoken to Ru from the store and mentioned that we might drive 2 hours down to see a tile sample; she verified the closing time of 5pm but did not mention that they would be closed for what seems like a fairly extensive amount of time to me in the ... read more
Beautiful showroom. Snotty, unhelpful sales people. We are remodeling 3 bathrooms in our house and we’re not given the time of day. Both sales associates were helping the same customers so we left and will go back to Emser Tile where we bought the floor tile for our entire house
It was really complicated to make an order, a waste of time coming from tijuana , really upset about the service.
