Customer Service was very good.
Work was done efficiently and right.
My previous experience with Pocaro Ford was horrible. First of all, it (oil change) took over an hour and a half. Second, the customer service was very disrespectful. Third, I’ve been coming there for the last 4 oil changes and I purchased an after-market warranty with oil change. And EVERY time I’ve come, it’s a HASSLE to say the least. Every time I go through all the protocols, and your service people “say” it’ll be in the system and I’m good, but it hasn’t happened yet. Once this option is done, I will NEVER return.
