Absolutely worst customer service. Being an employee at LVHN, this is the worst I have dealt with when it comes to insurance companies. They give you wrong info, the claims are rejected for no reason & their online website suck too. Doesn’t give you enough info so you can stay up to date on your medical benefits.
They are denying my claims requesting note records from a provider to prove I didn’t serve in the military. I have already told them I never served and I already submitted multiple forms saying I don’t have any other insurance. Now I am being charged by the provider requesting the full fee of the service: this is costing me hundreds of dollars and will ultimately be over $1000 charged that I don’t have.
Racist organization that denies coverage based on the color of your skin.
The absolute worst insurance provider. Constantly denying claims for services already approved or basic care.
Horrible to contact, incorrect information given by service representatives multiple times, and they claim they will research and get back to you and then don't. Even when you have it in writing from the "portal" they don't honor the bad information they gave. Truly awful service.
