HORRIBLE!!!! I’ve been trying to contact them for WEEKS and cannot get ahold of someone. At this point I don’t even think anyone works in the office because they never answer the phone. I tried communicating through the message portal about a claim from LAST YEAR and no response.

Good luck getting through if you ever need to reach them. My provider said I need to fill out and submit a form to Populytics to continue with my treatment. "Easy enough," I thought... Nope. There's a fax number on the form -- it's not in service. There's a different fax number on the Populytics website -- it also doesn't work. I used the Member Portal to send the form as an attachment -- five days later, it still hasn't even been read. I had an issue resolved by their Leadership. I appreciate all the work they did to resolve this, especially Ms Asbel, who took the time to personally ensure this issue was followed up by staff. Thank you!
