I am a regular customer of Popular Pizza and have always had good experiences through delivery. However, my recent in-store pickup (at Karachi Drive ,Markham location ) experience was extremely concerning and unacceptable. The store appeared unhygienic, there was only one worker present, no other customers, and I was informed that their systems were not working. One of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. We ordered regular crust and received extremely thin, doughy pizzas instead. There was barely any cheese and an excessive amount of oregano that completely ruined the flavor. I ordered three XL pizzas, and every single one was a disappointment. Total waste of money. Will not be ordering again.
Isha has been so nice and made the perfect pizza.
We got medium tandoori paneer pizza -first guy tried to scam us with charging extra -on top of that they gave us the pizzza without even pizza sauce clearly bread and cheese thats all no flavours no nothing -nobody was wearing hairnet which is totally unacceptable in hospitality industry
