I called to place an order today for the first time from this location, but the girl who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. She didn’t seem interested in taking my order, spoke with attitude, and made the whole experience frustrating. I ended up hanging up and ordering elsewhere. It’s disappointing because I actually like the pizza from popular pizza, but the customer service needs serious improvement — especially from whoever handles phone orders.
