I have a friend who deposited 4500 in cash to my account this afternoon and I have not received nothing yet . The cashier never gave her a receipt .
I came to cash a check by the association bldg. Been here for 40 minutes and still they can not cash it because they have to wait for approval from their bank to cash it. Teller said she sent a message internally and no one has responded. Sitting here waiting. Horrible bank. Don't do business here. Staff in headquarters don't check their emails. This bank is from Puerto Rico. I thought it would be practical and better.
