The issue was when it came to moving out, George withheld a portion of our damage deposit for nail holes in the wall after he explicitly said to not fix them ourselves. So blown away that was the way he wanted to handle it after I was a tenant for 6 years and my partner for 10. Nothing drastic about the landlords caused us to move, but note that every "fix" was done the cheapest way possible and don't take George for his word when it comes to moving out.
