I have been throughly impressed by Dan and his team in every possible way. He has been attentive, patient, and 110% gone out of his way to make our buying experience as easy as possible. I’m not in the building trade, but you feel that every detail is being managed as if he was building your home as his own. The highest possible recommendation from me if you’re looking for a builder or considering one of their existing properties.
Well, he builds great looking homes for the client, that much I can say. But, If you are a subcontractor doing research on his business...I would suggest that you ensure all the plans and specs are available, that you have a iron-clad contract, have him sign the change-orders before work is done, and never let him get behind in the payment schedule. He's all smiles and handshakes until its time for your money. Its quite unfortunate that I have lost all respect.
