Very knowledgeable. They gave advice on how to maintain my older system and were very nice. I will use them again.
I have used Pop’s for at least 25 years. Brad does a very thorough job at a reasonable price. He is busy though, if you need same day service - Shame on you for waiting until the last minute. He may or may not be able to make it the same day. It will generally be a day or two before he can fit you into the schedule. He will also give you honest advice about your system if you are having problems. I dropped something of value into the tank while inspecting his work.
