The nurses do a very good job, but the staff is very unorganized, rude, and sassy. The company dropped me because I went out of town and they didn't even tell me. I gave them notice that I was leaving and when I would be back, before I got back, they discontinued my services. The reason being I wasn't bedbound or housebound. I took a trip once before and it wasn't an issue. This company is bad business.
The worst, most unprofessional, rude, incompetent agency there is. Some of the nurses are wonderful and fight for the patients but the staff in the office that answer the phones, etc. Are NASTY. I wish they'd close down. no one deserves this treatment.

The physical therapist I had to work on my brother was excellent. But the staff at the agency, including a woman named Sarah is rude. She hung up on me, and when I tried to resolve the situation with her, she said she had another call, and then hung up on me again.
The PCA’s are very nice and caring. They are very nice. My usual PCA is out on maternity leave but is a lovely young lady. The substitute PCA is very helpful and nice. Both young ladies are really helpful and understand their job.
