Called to ask about sprinkler repair, customer service was very rude. Asked about having a estimate done, they replied that they either do it or not, when I commented that this conversation was getting a bit out of hand, he said "I don't have time, find someone else to do it."
These people can't seem to return a call even when it's to get paid. Very dissatisfied with their "customer service" if you would even call it that. .
