I called the day before, asked them when they would open so we could be there first thing in the morning because we had to be somewhere and waited outside for 45 minutes with three other guys. Thank God, somebody from twisted scissors came by and saved the day.. from now on they have our business when we are in town!

This is definitely the pinnacle of north country barber shops. The last barber shops ive been to over the years make you feel like you should wear a suit and tie to get your hair cut. And for some people that is fine, but personally the feeling, atmosphere and overall looks of the interior are home-like. Like somewhere you can go and feel comfortable instead of feeling out in public. The prices are beyond reasonable for the fantastic work they do. Have been trying for over a month to get my son in and get a cut and when I finally did contact someone they told me to call the next morning to get them on the list and when I did there was no answer all day! It’s honestly frustrating how you can’t schedule an appointment to get a cut and when you walk in you are waiting for hours to get a cut. Waited over an hour for a basic cut . The barbers just scream like frat boys and leave the room for 15 minutes at a time.
