YUM This place is AWESOME! My 14 year old daughter requests we go here on a continual basis. Excellent service, phenomenal food, odd location - but well worth it!
Restaurant Fun restaurant with cafe decor. Owner is experienced chef from Angus Barn. Eat in or take out, enjoy a glass of wine, art work on walls (local artists).
Poppyseed Poppyseed is an absolutely delicious little cafe. Their ingredients are fresh and they have a great selection. I love to get the salad sampler and try three different salads. Definitely worth a visit!
Easy We live very close to Poppyseed, and when we have soccer games at the nearby YMCA, we run in Poppyseed and get a few sandwiches to go. They make simple sandwiches from simple ingredients and its the absolute best. We love the BLT's. Grab a few bags of chips, few drinks and youre good to go. Plus, they accept coupons, which we love. The staff is friendly and the tea is fresh...lovely.
Went for a new years eve night dinner. I went with my teen son and grandson and we were greeted warmly by the Manager.. 1st thing I noticed is the staff were all wearing masks and followed the social distancing protocols with seating the quests. I ordered my favorite Cobb salad which is always so generously portioned that I always have enough leftover for lunch for the next day. I have to take a minute to thank the amazing staff at Poppyseed! I have been ordering my lunch there lately and decided to stop in person for pickup yesterday. I was greeted and helped by Julia, the owner and chef. She was so friendly and even ended up helping me with directions on how to cook a brisket at home! Great food with very friendly staff..
We got take out from Poppyseed tonight and it was such a treat! Fabulous food, as usual. Looking forward to the day when we can dine in again, but until then, we will be back for take out!
