I just wanted to share a review of my experience with the Administrative Manager Precious Branch. She is always pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. I needed an ROI from one of the therapist at this office and she explained the steps to me so that I can share it with the family I was assisting. She was prompt in emailing the ROI to us which was very helpful. Sam has been phenomenal with my son. He’s been punctual, attentive, and consistent during the entire process. My son looks forward to every interaction. The process was smooth and detailed. I’m forever grateful.
My children's therapists and case managers have been very helpful and I do notice differences in attitudes and behaviors. I'd like to give a special shout out to Sam Brule, who consistently goes above and beyond helping and supporting my younger daughter. Highly recommended!
