My brother ordered flowers for my mum for mother's day they did not arrive, he rang on Monday to see what happened they promised to deliver them that day they did not arrive my mother then went in there on Tuesday to ask why they didn't arrive we were promised flowers and chocolates for the trouble we stayed home all week they did not arrive, we rang up for a refund my mum was told that they had to ring the delivery company my brother also rang the delivery company and they told him that the shop had said my mother refused t... read more

I ordered a colourful Birthday Bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the day. The flowers did not arrive on the day and had to call to find out where they where. I was told that she went to the wrong address. she told me she had written the wrong house number down. When she finally delivered the flowers the next day, they where simply White Chrysanthemum’s and Closed Lilies. Looked like it was a bouquet of flowers from Woolies. Didn’t deliver on the requested day, when it finally arrived it was sooo small and unimpressive and the lady was very rude and tried to say it was my fault and also blamed the fact of late delivery because it was very windy!!! What that has to do with anything escapes me. Would NEVER order from these people again. They are completely unprofessional!!!! 👎👎👎

I would highly recommend Poppy’s Florist, Lithgow. There arrangements are beautiful with lovely and fresh flowers. There customer service and delivery was the outstanding. Amazing local business.
