Customer for 6 years. Then all of a sudden unit was red locked due to non payment. I was on autopay! Apparently the accountant didn’t catch that the autopay wasn’t happening anymore?! Not willing to work with me to catch up payments so I paid and pulled my stuff from storage. There were about 20 units with red locks on them! I question whether it was on purpose to start fresh charging new customers more money?! Not to mention there were signs that our unit had flooded and ruined quite a bit inside it! Would NOT recommend!
