I made a diy hair mistake and came here to get it fixed, and everyone was SO sweet and helpful. Especially Kiersten, who helped me with my consultation, and Ashley who worked her magic on my hair. I was shocked by how well they were able to transform my formerly botched haircut into something cute! 100/10 recommend.

Booked for a curly cut based on reviews and per the salon’s recommendation, but the result was choppy – it looked like one haircut in the front and another haircut in the back. The stylist seemed unprepared for curly hair despite the hype; I left with a cut that will take several months of growing out before I can correct it myself at home. Very expensive also – I’m not sure how the salon justifies charging a curly hair premium when the cut was rushed with no discernible difference from a straight hair cut.

I can’t say enough great things about Shannon and her amazing team at Poppy Salon! Each member is unique, artistic, and incredibly professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Jada did a great job with my clipper cut using scissors on top to create some cool texture! Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
