I love having a quilt shop so close to me. Friendly folks and lots of inspiration to make another project.
Love the ladies in this shop - they are always friendly and helpful! Certainly the place to go for a fun time - and great fabric - here in Central Texas.
I'm relatively new to quilting, or it might be more correct to say I'm just now getting more serious about it, and Poppy Quilt 'n Sew is my go to quilt store. Such a sweet bunch of ladies who are so gracious and willing to help you find just the right fabric or tool to make your piecing and quilting fun and efficient. And when I saw they were collecting quilts to send to my home state of Tennessee as a result of the devastating fires in the Gatlinburg area, my heart melted. Texas quilters are the kindest people anywhere.
Thanks again for the help in choosing fabrics for my quilt. I've gone in many times with a partially finished quilt that I needed to buy fabric for in order to finish. I've always received the help I needed finding the fabric. Whether I am buying a lot or a little, the help is consistently good.
Awesome staff and great location, plenty of fabric to choose from. Quilting and sewing classes of all varieties available weekly. She uses bright as sunshine lighting to give the Buyer true colors of fabric.
