Vivian is amazingly skilled . HOWEVER, Kelly.. the manager is absolutely horrible/ rude/ screamed at me! Never ever welcomes a customer or smiles. She creates a VERY VERY NEGATIVE ATMOSPHERE IN THE ENTIRE SALON AND NONE OF THE ORHER STAFF DARES TO SMILE OR BE FRIENDLY. Shes very insecure , arrogant and unpleasant. I will never go there agsin and i have been a customer for years but enough of her is ENOUGH! She is angey and a sad person.
