Every time we come to Portsmouth, we stop at Popovers! The baked stuff is delicious and so are the holiday drinks! The Woolly Mitten is my favorite

A bit overrated honestly. My breakfast was yummy and my coffee good but just not as crazy amazing at it seems it should have been by what was said on here. The popovers were yummy, but not as blown away as I thought I was going to be.
Very nice . We ate outside. Portsmouth is beautiful. Popovers delicious.
