I wanted to share some feedback about my experience with scheduling an orthodontic consultation for my daughter. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the consultation fee that resulted in us having to leave without being seen. When we arrived, I was informed that there was a $600 consultation fee due at the appointment. I was not aware of the fee and unfortunately wasn't prepared to pay $600 that day. Very positive experience with Dr. Poplin and his staff. We were seen right on time, and the office is clean and welcoming. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning without rushing, and Dr. Poplin walked us through everything he saw and answered all of our questions. He talks to kids directly rather than just to the parent, which my children appreciated. We'll definitely keep coming back. Thank you!

Dr Poplin and his staff are exceptional! This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. His staff is super knowledgeable and Dr Poplin did fantastic with walking me through how a tongue And lip tie Work and how he corrects it. The aftercare instructions were very thorough. The lactation consultant there was phenomenal. And we’re still seeing their in house chiropractor till this day. I’m super thankful I found Dr Poplin and his team!
Dr Poplin is knowledgeable and takes his time with us. His staff are all very professional and friendly. The clinic is well organized. Andrea (dental assistant) makes our daughter feel safe and comfortable during her exam.
