This review is long overdue. I lived here for 2–3 years starting in 2022, and overall had a great experience. You really can’t beat this apartment-- close to Duke, reasonably priced, and the units are spacious. The leasing office staff were excellent: experienced, responsive, and efficient. Two things to be aware of. First, the area has some crime issues. Second, the occasional pest problems, which are fairly typical in older NC units during the summer.

Great Community and nice employees I love this place this is a great place for living very close to duke university and shopping center and access to Durham buses again appreciate Ms.Susan and Ms.Emy and others employees always take care of residents
