MAYBE THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE LEASING OFFICES ATTENTION. THE ELECTRIC IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND THE PLUG IN IN BOTH BATHROOMS AND GUES ROOM HAS BEEN SHUT OFF FOR 3 DAYS NOW WITH NO WORD FROM MAINTENANCE OR LEASING OFFICE. MY WASHER HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW. AGAIN NO WORD. I PAY WAY TO DANG MUCH FOR THIS TO BE HAPPENJNG.
Horrible place! Do not rent here! They don’t fix anything! I’ve been without ac for half of July and all of August. Nobody’s contacting me. I keep on going to the office. They keep on giving me the runaround. There is faulty wiring It keeps on causing the fuses to blow . These apartments are death traps! Don’t rent here!
I would highly recommend NOT to rent this property and look for something else. I have a very bad experience with them. First of all, their leasing office hours are 8-5 M-F, and they will not accommodate you outside of their office hours even if you relocate from another state. Secondly, I would read their leasing contract, which contains 35 pages, very carefully as I was never informed I have to pay Public Service Charges, sewer, trash, double bill for water, and other fees, which I never paid before and I have rented diffe... read more
I would avoid Poplar Village. I will say that the newest of property management has made several improvements, but they are lacking in so many other ways. We had a great unit that was never professional cleaned (Steven from the prior property management actually stayed til 10 pm to clean our unit because even after a 2 week delay they didn’t have our unit ready) we were also told by the previous regional representative that in our walk through how many things were NOT cleaned or addressed and to send out a email requesting f... read more
