Lived here many years ago. The rent was low, and the place was pretty decent for the rent. Never had bugs, and the neighborhood always felt safe. Noted many issues on my movie in that they never got around to fixing. The paint was so cheap that it'd start to come off with a wet rag. When I moved out they decided to keep my full security deposit to fix every issue I had mentioned in move in, or called about.
