Our experience has been excellent so far. From the lending department to the sales team, and currently with KAN Builder, they have always been helping us fix things around the house when needed. You won't regret it.

Our experience has been alright here so far, even considering the bad rep the builder has online. Also, the internet only took five minutes for a technician to hook up (we used xfinity). There is truth that it seems like cheap materials were used, especially regarding interior construction. The main issues we’ve had so far are cosmetic (cracks in cement garage floor & patio, nail pops after two years in ceiling and walls, fragile blinds/parts, ceiling becoming stained from stove use/no vent to outside.).
I’ve lived in one of these new homes for a year now and have not been impressed for a few reasons. The first is that the main road these homes are built on is very loud and I should have realized before moving in but If you need quite time, or need to focus on your work, you are not going to be able to do so because of how loud the noise is from the main road.
