11/6/25 I’ve been calling since 10/13 to notify I will be moved out by 12/1/25 and have not received a response to my voice messages. I also forgot my keypad code and called, still no response. Today their phone system wants me to enter a code. I’ve been renting a unit from them for a few years and this has been the worse service.from them. I’m on auto pay and am hoping they cancel my draft when I move out. A simple call back, that’s all I’m asking since you have no email to communicate with you.
I’ve been renting a unit from them for a few years and have received the best service. The facility is very well maintained. I would definitely use them again.
I rented a parking space at Poplar Point Self Storage for my cargo trailer. They are friendly folks at this facility and the property is well maintained. Unfortunately, my trailer (and several others) was stolen in the middle of the night from this facility. They did call me to put me in touch with the police officer that was overseeing the case.
