Stayed here for 5 years. Best manager and team. Great experience and highly recommend.
After 2 years here, I can say that we love this community and our home. It is very quiet, very calm and safe place. The schools are fantastic - Nimitz elementary; Cupertino Middle and Homestead High school. The schools are one of the main reasons for us to choose a place to live. Maintenance, whenever needed, is done promptly and to our full satisfaction. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
