Great but no washer or dryer am paying a lot for no washer and dryer
My husband and I lived at Poplar Place Townhomes from July 2024- July 2025, and our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The rent is far too high for the quality of the units, which have poor insulation and outdated systems, leading our electric bill to reach nearly $850 in the winter just trying to keep the home warm. Where do I start? There is a serious lack of communication at this property. I've called and left messages. I never heard back. I've been overcharged for the last 6 months for renters insurance even though I have had my own since I moved in. I've emailed it to the email address they provided and and still, I'm charged for it every month.They charged me with a late fee when the office wasn't even open to make the payment.
