I wish I could give 0 stars. Need to report the management team or property manager. Scammers or horrible management. They do not have any availability regardless of what they say in office and on the website however they dont tell you that until after you applied and paid for fees. I have waited months and followed up regularly only to go online to see my application was canceled after I was already approved and put on the wait list.
Please do not apply here. The assistant property manger gave me false information just to get me to apply. Then took my application fee and canceled my application but never gave me my money back. This is a scam! I have never dealt with an assistant property manger who is highly unprofessional and rude. Instead of trying to fix her mistake she caught an attitude and hung up in my face on the phone.
Maintenance was very efficient and solved the problem quickly
The office staff have very poor communication skills. I was repeatedly told I would receive an email with rental information by the end of that business day, and I still haven’t heard back (it’s been weeks). The website is also not an accurate portrayal of what units are actually available.
