We've been living here since November 2022, and it's been a great experience. We live on the first floor, and initially, we were disappointed with how noisy the upstairs neighbors were. However, when they moved out and new tenants moved in, we realized the noise was due to the previous occupants, not the building itself. Now, we hardly hear any noise at all.
