Moving out 2025: I really love my place. It's quite, cozy, affordable, and convenient. Never had an issue with leasing office or mantainence. There's a Sakura tree in front of my window, and I'm going to miss it. Update 2024: construction finished! Area back to clean and quite. The new Amazon mailing box is great. I’ve lived here for two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. I’ve raised multiple concerns with management — including secondhand smoke and weed issues, and severe flooding in the main walkways every time it rains. Despite contacting the office about the flooding over a year ago, nothing has been done to fix it. The walkways become nearly impassable, which is a serious safety concern. Checked with previous residents that rents is not increased like some other places. Location and amenities are not bad. One star off because of the construction places (one on each side).
