My aunt is a long-time resident, and I was visiting her when my disabled mother’s vehicle was towed from a clearly marked guest parking spot. Absolutely ridiculous towing policy here. My disabled mother’s car was towed without any prior warning while visiting family here, and we were forced to pay $500 to get it back. The leasing office claims they “always ticket and warn” before towing, but that’s completely false—there was no ticket, no warning, nothing. To make matters worse, they recently changed their parking policy, but my aunt, who actually lives here, was never informed. The management at this place had my car towed even though I had a guest parking pass and was parked in a guest parking space. After I paid to get it out of impound, I took a picture of the pass displayed and explained to the manager what happened. The tow company is refunding my money after she talked to them, and they reviewed the details. Guest passes have a wait list. If you enjoy having friends visit, prepare to have several of them charged $600. I saw management chilling out on a Saturday night, sending tow trucks out for guest spots, when there were other, empty guest spots. There is probably a kickback between management of this place and Mary’s towing.
I don't like writing reviews as always, but this one was an awful experience. This is related to GUEST PARKING I had a family member visiting me one Sunday afternoon for a couple of hours, and I didn't have a guess parking tag so I offered my spot so they can park for a little time they were visiting me, management saw it, and they called right away to the towing company to take the car away.
