Worst one since they don’t help you anything when tenants leave your place
I wish I have seen this reviews before given popular home my house to rent out and be managing my property because it would have helped me in taking my decision to give or not to give my property to them. So far, I have been seeing delay in their process of advertising and renting my house. This review is for Cared Hillary Abalo of Poplar Homes. Cared, a Client Operations Portfolio Manager of Poplar Homes, provides the best customer services. Every time when I talk to her about any issues, she gives me the confidence that she understands the issues well, and she will go resolve them timely and will then always give updates. "Customers are the first priority" is really seen from her work.
This is by far the most incompetent property management company I have ever rented with. They regularly call me and have no idea what they are calling me for. Any maintenance that is performed by their “technicians” is botched and then requires 2-4 more visits to fix over the next 3-4 weeks. They take no responsibility for any damages caused. They came out to install a water shut off valve on the washer and broke the washer, damaged the wall and blamed me for the washer and the wall repair. I would avoid them like the plague... read more
