This place is not safe, dealers and drugs everywhere. I have had no air for 7 months. My dog just died and am sure it was because it had been 85 degrees in here with 7 fans going. My parrot has started panting at times. This would be a great place if the management cared.
I absolutely Love how the Community Manager takes care of his Residents & the Community. Thank You Marcus for all that you do! This is Senior Living that you will appreciate for your Loved One!

This place is in a great location with the worst management. This company does not care about the elderly in any way. Repairs are done slowly if done at all. To be specific the employee Marcus is a very unprofessional representative of poplar grove. He attempts to talk to the elderly tenants with no respect as if they are not people. Unfortunately the apartments stay in business due to obvious need from people. Do not move your loved one here.
My father has lived here for years. The first few years were great! The previous management ensured that the elderly resident's apartments were well maintained, clean grounds and treated each resident with respect. The current manager, Marcus, is the complete opposite. He is rude, nasty and simply does not care about maintaining the safety and sanitation of the apartments.
