I moved in here December of 2017. Upon moving in I had dead roaches in my kitchen cabinets and the cabinets didn't even shut. Within a month of being here a closet door came off the tracks so I turned it into the property manager (Peggy Latham Dex) who proceeded yo inform me she would have the entire door replaced. Instead she waited right before Diversified management came in to do their inspections and had a maintenance guy put the door back on it's tracks.
