Shit building, no response after being told maintenance is going to come for 2 hours and still waiting, building is super dirty and they never clean the building only when they hear the city or someone is coming you see them running around like rats trying to clean
A very serious problem with cockroach infestation, elevators are constantly out of service, and the consideration for the tenant is terrible.
Went here to visit. 1 elevator. Awful, glad I dont live here.
The concierge team harasses tenants and does not maintain clean spaces (dirty/dusty floors, broken lights, garage went months without a mirror and they have no garbages in lobbies and garages) . Very low quality of life and tenants illegally raised the rent for the cherry on top. but other than that the location is perfect.
No response from rental office after multiple voicemails
