The concierge team harasses tenants and does not maintain clean spaces (dirty/dusty floors, broken lights, garage went months without a mirror and they have no garbages in lobbies and garages) . Very low quality of life and tenants illegally raised the rent for the cherry on top. but other than that the location is perfect.
No response from rental office after multiple voicemails
I had an appointment at 6:30 and called everyone in the office, but nobody answered. There’s such a frustrating lack of communication in this building.
There is a very rude response by office all the time from a gentlemen especially, once I called him for parking space and it was 3:35 i remember that exactly and he was telling that they have closed the office at 3:45 and i was outside the office this gentlmen shich i don't know which one is is very rude , and today we just had to book an elevator we requested their help and assistance, but with a very bad manner just declined the request and then tells " that yiu had to book in advance this" we did not know that we have to ... read more
Just useless and rude office people this apartments have here. Be aware of this matter when you are looking for apartment with them.
