RecommendedI was able to get a last minute 90 minute massage last night with Lauren, who I hadn't seen in quite awhile. I had forgotten how absolutely AMAZING she is! I hurt from head to toe, but after she worked on me I was able to come home, go to bed, and sleep through the night, after several sleepless nights! It's not always possible to get in last minute at Poplar Creek, but I always call just to see...grateful there was an opening:)
Every time I have been at Poplar Creek Spa I have enjoyed the experience. The staff are warm and friendly. The therapists have been attentive and professional. I have gone away relaxed - once or twice I even fell asleep during the massage. I highly recommend Poplar Creek and encourage my friends who visit Collegedale to make a point to stop for a massage.
Poplar Creek Spa is gem! The staff is always welcoming and accommodating for all my needs. I have had many acupuncture sessions and several massages - all were perfectly personalized for my needs at the time. I am so glad that I found my spa home!
Staff is horrible and inconsiderate, felt very uncomfortable and didn’t get to relax at all!!wouldn’t recommend their services/won’t be returning again
I just received a 30 minute chair massage from David. It was WONDERFUL! I've had problems with headaches because my neck and shoulders were so tense, but now, even after just 30 minutes, I can absolutely tell a huge difference. David was very professional and I appreciated his knowledge on how to work my neck and shoulders in a way that would bring relief. Definitely recommend Poplar Creek Spa and David.
Just left after a first time massage with Lauren and it was so relaxing and just all around perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

Kathy gives a great deep tissue massage and scheduling was very convenient!
