I moved in just a couple weeks ago and it has been great so far! Brittany and Meagan have been great to work with since the beginning! Oksana, the property manager, has been super responsive in emails and helpful! The other residents here have been great as well. Everyone that I have ran into have been super friendly. The property is also super dog friendly and allow larger dogs which is a huge plus! The walls seem to be thicker/well insulated because I don't hear the people in the units next to me. It's been a while since I've rented and really like living here! Brand new construction with all the amenities. Even pet friendly! Great having underground parking and the staff is very friendly and responsive. Great place to call home and can walk to the Corners for about anything you need.
We recently moved in this past weekend, and so far, everything's been great! Brittany has been VERY helpful and responsive with everything from our initial conversations to post move in questions. Location is great - right across the street from shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. We also have a 2 year old Chocolate Lab, and although she is adjusting to apartment living again, the property is definitely dog friendly! I moved into this property in September last year. It has been an amazing experience from day one. The leasing staff was extremely nice and friendly. They ensured that I settled in comfortably. The property is new. Very clean. Well maintained. Energy efficient appliances. Awesome amenities. Fantastic location. I could go on and on. I wouldn't ask to live in a better environment. I'm so glad I found this gem.
