It is a great income based apartment business The best I have ever seen.
New Management. Got great plans for property. Excited to relocate my parents here from San Diego. to Poplar Court with the new staff thats in place.They are very helpful and answered all my questions.
Horrible place to live too much drama in the building from certain tenants. Property management company is based in witchata and have no clue what they are doing needlessly to say the hired staff doesn't either!
