Got my unit 3 weeks ago. They gave me a lock. Only the storage unit and I know the combination. I went there this morning only to find my file box and all but 1 pair of my brand new Harry Potter socks were missing. Only the unit and I knew the combination. Why with everything else did they take only that? I’ll see what they say later this morning. I’ll update this then. Called them and got run around. Going to contact maintenance.
