As a veteran, I support veteran owned and operated businesses, but I will not be using them again. I needed bearings for a hub, called and they insisted on me getting a new axle. Yes, they were very knowledgeable and patient through the process. After receiving the axle and trying to put it on we found that it won't work. They will not accept a return because it's "special order" and now I'm stuck with a $400 loss on something I can't use whatsoever. All because I needed BEARINGS and not an entire axle.
Thank you so much for all your help, Kim! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would definitely make the 14-hour drive again to purchase another dump trailer from this store. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire experience worth the trip. Highly recommend!
