Staff was kind and efficient. Hospital was clean and tidy. All in all except for being ill enjoyable.
The only good thing was Cassie, my nurse. She was wonderful!
Terrible experience....husband was in emergency room for over 5 hours....nevervreceived any diagnosis, no help. A nurse practitioner, Erika, said she was the doctor after I expressed concern i hadn't seen a Dr after 4 hours. Meanwhile, the board in the room said she was a nurse practitioner. Drove to st Francis in Cape the next day. World of difference.
