I has fast and efficient help. My nurse was amazing
Staff was helpful and empathetic, but the facility is not adequate. I was placed in a chair flanked by privacy dividers in the hallway in the treatment area. It felt like I was back in the army on sick call in an aide station. I literally could hear my neighbors entire conversation and all her phone drama. Very courteous and professional.
Passed out a couple times while talking to friend. Family called ambulance and they took me to PBRMC on my request. I have a widow maker stent and that seemed to be all they were concerned about. I was worried I’d had a stroke. I will say staff was courteous and semi helpful.
Over crowded and hippa was violated, health care workers didnt wash there hands between patients and i was in the hall on a bed with no privacy long wait and didnt get test done that I needed. Extremely long wait. Very unprofessional. Drew blood but unfortunately the nurse didnt listen when I said my veins were small busted my veins in two spots. I will not go back unless I have to.
