I called on Friday around 3pm before a 3 day holiday weekend to enquire about the status of my father’s grave marker. They had it at the office and sent me photos of it. They’d just gotten it and it hadn’t been place on the grave yet. The next day (Saturday), I and my elderly, fragile mother went to the cemetery to visit Dad’s grave. The marker had been put in place by the time we got there. This was definitely above and beyond in customer service, kindness, and respect. Many thanks.

Very professional staff who answered all of our questions, listened to my dad's stories and went so far as to look up relatives' tombstones on Find A Grave. I feel this will be the company we use to honor our parents.

It's been 18yrs since I bought my dad's stone from Poplar Bluff Monument Works. My dad's stone is still in great shape. The folks at the Works are awesome, with the work they do, how they treat you, and prices. I was able to have an inscription written on my dad's stone. Plus I was able to to have a guitar etched in it as well. My dad loved playing the guitar and many other instruments. I was worried with all that and the size it would been too much for me to afford.
