My two experiences at Popi's were horrible. Why did I go back for a second terrible experience? Because I couldn't believe that it could happen again. Popi was the stylist. I asked for a shoulder length cut - she cut it up to my ears. So much so, that she had to shave my neck!! She used dull blades (which she admitted) that caused me to bleed. When it was time to check out, I paid in cash. I asked for my change, after including a tip, and she claimed she didn't have any cash? What business does this? So she kept all the cash... read more
