Whoever the african american lady is who works at the register needs to have a training on customer service. ive NEVER experienced service like that before. i arrived at 10:58, willing to wait until they were ready to serve me. she stood behind the counter for 10 minutes, not saying a WORD to me. then when another lady said i can be helped, she went to the register and looked at me with an attitude and STILL said nothing to me. i’m not sure what her deal is, but that type of “customer service” should NEVER be tolerated.
Did not have food
Employee arguing with customer saying he only gets paid minimum wage. Same employee cut off the line stating they were closed when the people in line were waiting quite some time before official closing time. Terrible service even for fast food. If 0 stars were an option I would choose that. 09/13/2025
The food wasn't as usual.
It was great! I came in Friday and the worker was so sweet and helpful. She was cool when a customer was snapping at her and handled herself well, it was nice to see her level of composure. And the chicken was good. :)
