Ive been eating here consistently since it’s opened a few years ago, I’ve seen it go through several changes of employees, managers, and even tech on how the orders are received, and somehow, it always fails. This is by far the worse service in any establishment I’ve ever made a purchase at in my life, not even talking about just Popeyes, I mean literally anywhere I’ve ever been a customer my whole life. Supervisors are so rude. They talk down to employees in front of customers. I do laundry next door and grab a bit so I witnessed this multiple times
If you dine in, they won’t even look at you unless they’re handing your food. You have to order at the kiosk-they won’t take your order so that’s kind of a pain. They don’t clean up the floors or tables regularly so if you dine in, you’re probably gonna get a dirty table with food or crumbs on the floor. The staff was pretty cool except when someone requested them to take his order at the counter and they refused. The tenders were kind of small, but they compensated by giving me a couple of extra.
