I’ve never seen an order taker in the dining room mess up so many orders, have an attitude, and don’t listen. She messed up my order when I asked for a $6 big box which comes with tenders and a 2pc meal for my boyfriend. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and interrupted me saying “I’m trying to save you money.” The manager just stood there and looked. I was ready to get our food and leave. I don't typically leave bad reviews but tonight was ridiculous. I placed a mobile pick up order at 950 to pick up asap. I arrived at the restaurant at 1015. Sat at the box for 15 minutes, when I was finally greeted I was told they were done for the night. When asked how I could get a refund I was told oh it's a 3rd party. How is it a 3rd party when I ordered it from Popeyes app. What business closes at 11, but you can't get anything past 1015? Atleast cut off the online orders if you have no intention of fulfilling them.
Friendly. Always good food. Mistakes on the order is their worse downfall.
