I ordered 4 spicy wings earlier around 3pm. I received old, hard, chicken. I couldn't even bite it. I returned the chicken for a fresh order. The 2 mexican ladies were very upset. I did not receive fresh chicken AGAIN, && instead of ketchup, I was given a bag full of strawberry jam..? Wow. This Popeyes is the worst location I've experienced so far. If you like their chicken, go to a different location for fresh food && better service.
Popeyes gift card did not work here. But Food and Atmosphere were exactly what one may expect. Service above average.
They were slow, they made me wait for my chicken fingers way long and when I got my order, the chicken fingers were cold.
Shrinkflation has hit Popeyes hard. The cashiers have been replaced by kiosks, the portion sizes have all gotten slightly smaller and slightly more expensive. There is almost no reason to purchase Popeyes anymore. There’s no value here.
