This was a drive-thru experience. (The food was lukewarm, service offered was somewhat of a confusion, a water suction hose placed inside the drive-up window.)
Tonight we placed a mobile order which said on the app that it was ASAP, we got there sat in line for 30 then was asked to pull forward and it would be brought out, we pulled up and car after car behind us either went in the restuarant or just drove off around us, after another 20 mins i finally went inside to see what the deal was and our food had just been sat on the counter. I ordered large fries and cheesy bites they took too long and instead the gave a burger instead of cheesy bites i checked the bag and saw a meat burger and my family is vegetarian
